Stewart and I would just like to say thankyou for the very thorough inspection you did on our new property.

I was very reluctant to attend the inspection on my own, as Stewart was unable to attend and I was very pleased to have the services of a professional person like yourself, able to attend with me.

Your inspection of our property was meticulously carried out and left us with a list of 'repairs' to follow up with our builder. I would say that 90% of those were faults that my husband and I would not have known to check.e.g. the missing insulation in the roof, loose nail plates on the roof trusses, silicone omitted behind the taps and faulty tiles.

We were very pleased that you took considerable time to inspect absolutely everything, including cracked tiles on the roof itself.

My husband and I would not hesitate to recommend your services to anyone purchasing a new or existing home. It was money well spent and has given us peace of mind in respect to purchasing our new home and our builder's obligations being met, in regards to executing those repairs.

We also appreciated your after inspection call. It was good to have a follow up conversation and satisfying to know that the required repairs have been carried out.

Thankyou once again for the terrific job you did for us. It was greatly appreciated, as our home is our most valuable asset. We would highly recommend that other new home builders also employ a building inspector as dedicated as you before their final handover.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your professional pre-purchase inspection report on our Sons unit.

He was able to sucessfully negotiate improvements on a number of defects and problem areas prior to purchase.

It is interesting to note that other buyers for the remaining units did not have building inspections, and therefore had to pay later to have the defects repaired.

A common problem for example, was building debris in the drains of the newly renovated bathrooms.
We found your inspection process to be thorough, effecient, friendly and cost saving.

You were subsequently recommended to friends of our daughter, who requested you inspect two properties that they were interested in purchasing. Your report steered them to look elsewhere, which they did, and are now happy with their recently acquired home.

We will be requesting your services within the next month, as we would like an inspection of our home, and also a pre-purchase inspection for my daughter and her partner when they find a house to purchase sometime early this year.

As a property investor, I have used the services of BuildInspect on three occasions in the recent past. During my dealings with BuildInspect I have found them to be punctual and to conduct their business in a very serious and professional manner. The inspectors advice has been invaluable and worth many times more than the professional fees they charge.
By taking heed of their advice I have avoided purchasing properties that would have cost me thousands of dollars to fix, and to bring them up to a standard that would have been safe for my tenants.
