Are the smoke detectors compliant and installed in the correct locations? If smoke detectors are placed in dead air zones, they may not work efficiently!

Termite Damage

Please note:
BuildInspect reports are not a termite inspection (however should surface evidence be found during the inspection it will be noted in the report). We recommend that after a building report, you obtain a termite inspection from a registered pest control company which should be conducted in accordance with the Australian standards.
